This website is operated by Red Nose Robes ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order. You agree to give accurate, current information and you're responsible for keeping any account login secure.

2. Our products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors and details can look slightly different depending on your screen. Product details, availability and features may change without notice.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order (with a full refund) if we suspect fraud, a pricing error, or a stock problem. Once an order has started fulfillment it may not be cancellable. See our Refund Policy.

4. Prices and billing

Prices can change without notice. Unless stated otherwise, prices don't include taxes or duties. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. We aren't liable for delays outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is handed to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy.

6. Safe use

Use the robe only as described in its instructions: power it with a suitable USB-C power bank, unplug it and detach the controller before washing, and stop using it if the heating element or controller appears damaged.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and graphics, belongs to Red Nose Robes or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

8. Third-party tools and links

Our site may include third-party tools or links to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. You use them at your own risk.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is not a party to your purchase and isn't responsible for our products or any sale made through this site.

11. Feedback

If you send us ideas, reviews or other feedback, you allow us to use them without restriction or payment.

12. Errors and omissions
