Bought two for me and my mom
I was worried the one-size thing wouldn't work for both of us since we're built pretty differently, but it fits us both with room to spare. We did the 2-pack and it's already become our thing — hot coffee, fire on, robes on. Ours came in about 9 days.

It really is ankle length
My sister and I both got one and the length is legit — goes all the way down, no cold shins. The belt actually stays tied too. The Rudolph hood is way cuter in person than I expected and it's not scratchy at all, it's the soft fleece kind.

The controller is dead simple
Honestly this was my main question — I didn't want some complicated thing. It's one button to turn on and up/down for the temp, that's it. The screen shows the setting so you know where you're at. I keep mine on the middle level and it's warm across my back within a minute.

Best gift I've given in years
Got this for my daughter as an early present and she's basically living in it now. I ordered mid-November and it showed up with over a week to spare. It looks exactly like the pictures — the little reindeer on the bottom and everything. Already ordered a second one for her cousin.

You can't feel the heating panels at all
I thought there'd be a stiff pad in the back like a heating pad but there isn't — it just feels like a thick fleece robe that happens to get warm. I sit like this on the couch every night with tea and it's the coziest thing I own. The sherpa inside is so soft.

Runs generous — good if you're tall
I'm 5'9 and it still hits my ankles, so tall girls you're fine. If you're shorter it'll be floor-length which honestly still looks cute. Only reason for 4 stars is I wish the power bank was included, but the one I already had works fine with it. Heat is great, warms fast.
